Low Tide Table

Regrettably, I haven’t shot anywhere near the amount of work with Stallard this summer as I usually do, and that is down to a silly busy life. So when our calendars matched, and I was invited to shoot this Low Tide Table feast, I was rather pleased. Working with Si, as I have mentioned numerous times, as fulfilling as almost every band or act that I’ve shot over my career. A performance and theatre on par with stages across the world.

Friday 24th July 7pm

Huge 1.2m pans of saffron rice baked over wood-fires with slow-braised Gerrans Bay octopus and Cornish chorizo.

Scorched peppers / tomato & Pedro Ximénez sauce / summer leaf salad
